Foss.in and other things

<

The gap between my blog posts are increasing. Maybe I am working too much or I am getting lazy or I dont have anything worthwhile to say. Any of those- dont know which.

Many things happened after my last blogpost. Foss.in happened. leaving a few lasting impressions. I didnt do anything much, I just hanged around, talked a lot, experimented with my camera, consumed lots of biriyani and icecream, and yea, i made a few purple colored things.

Many of them asked me why purple ? of all the colors ?
Simple, everytime you ask me that, it just proves that the purpose behind using a rarely used color like purple worked- catch attention. As they say, there are no good ads or bad ads, only the effective and ineffective ones.

If you want other reasons, here you go: Purple combines the stability of blue and the energy of red. Purple is associated with royalty. It symbolizes power, nobility, luxury, and ambition. It conveys wealth and extravagance. Purple is associated with wisdom, dignity, independence, creativity, mystery, and magic. [source]

Apart from all these, in my present mood, I like that color.

Oh, I just found out, this. Interesting !

After foss.in, a hurried trip to Kochi and back. Piles of work at office. Do others work faster when I am out of office ? :)

I have uploaded a few pictures of foss.in here. A few came out dark, the ones that i took before i fugured out how to change the ISO/ASA.

Here are a few more color resources:
