Mysore will be Mysooru.

Hubli will be Hubballi.
Shimoga will be Shivamogga.
Belgaum will be Belagaavi.
Hospet will be Hosapete.
though we still to have the same problems, but hey, atleast we have a new name !
Would any one be interested in renaming the anglicized names inside the bengalooru city as well ?

hi, am dyin to get to kemmangundi... this new years... trying to figure out where to stay...any suggestions? i will be very greatful! thx!
you can rest assured that it wont be long before some kannada fanatic brings out a bill to rename all the locations into kannada..
eg. cox town --> Lingam halli

@t: i dont have any idea about kemmangundi. What i hear is that place is full of beer bottles and trash. :( They dont have many places to stay there, just a govt owned place. so if you are planning to go, book in advance !
